A Day at Sunset Creek
WAKE, EAT, FEED CRITTERS
The Pyrenees, German Shepherd, silkies, other various chickens, barn cats, and ducks when we have them. Maybe someday I'll get my alpaca, too!
THE DAILY WALK
Sometimes morning, sometimes afternoon,
but always full of dogs!
Half mile down the drive, half mile back.
Sometimes it's into the woods and down to the creek. One pyrenees always stays close, while another goes ahead to scout out danger.
WORK & SCHOOL
Some leave for work & school~ Some stay for work & school. Dogs get to sleep or go for a romp or maybe a swim in the creek~
unless you're in the field on guard duty. Then you get to hang with the goats and maybe a game of tag with your pack mates.
FEED CRITTERS, CHORES
and also some time to explore & play. The dogs are usually happy to accommodate as playmates & follow us around to make sure chores are done right. After dinner and eving chores, it's alwasy nice to catch the Kansas sunset over the wheat field.
A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more
than he loves himself" ~ Josh Billings
